Utah's Division of Child and Family Services and The Adoption Exchange wanted to provide a better way for potential families to know about Utah's waiting children. In 2000 Utah's Adoption Connection was born giving faces to those children who wait in foster care for a permanent place to call home. This site has evolved to give information and support for families who have already adopted. Utah's Division of Child and Family Services owns Utah' Adoption Connection web site and The Adoption Exchange Utah office manages the site.
