Utah’s Adoption Connection was created in the spring of 2000. Utah’s Division of Child and Family Services owns the site and The Adoption Exchange, Utah office manages the site. The site began as a photo listing of Utah’s waiting children and evolved to also provide post adoption services which include a lending library and respite resource data base.
