Linda Boyd
Photographic Artist Inc.

I have been a portrait photographer for more than 25 years. I worked for 20 years with Busath Photography and have been working independently for the past six and a half years. I am the first woman in Utah to be awarded the Master of Photography degree from the Professional Photographers of America.
I have been married for 37 years and have two children. I sing in my church choir and act as their librarian too. My primary focus in my business is Children's portraiture with family sessions a close second. I love working with children.

Heather Brown is the owner of Heather Brown Photography Studio and Gardens, located in Murray Utah.
Heather photographs children, families, maternity and newborn. She started photographing babies almost five years ago and soon started photographing the rest of the family as well! She opened her first studio in West Jordan two and a half years ago and recently bought her second studio in Murray, Utah.
Heather specializes in making every photograph special. Heather has a huge heart and learns to love everyone she meets. She was also blessed with a gift to see the beauty in every person she photographs, and it shows in the images she captures.

Got to be honest...never really wanted a BIO. I am fine living my life "behind the lens" but this does give you, the viewer, a chance to get to know me.To keep it short, wedding photography is my passion and has been full time for over 6 years now with a few hundred weddings under my belt. My ultimate goal is to document emotion so that later you can re-live it once again.

Randy Collier

Randy has earned his Master of Photography and Craftsman degree from The Professional Photographers of America. He is a past president of Professional Photographers of Idaho.
Professional Photoshop Users recently awarded him with the Guru Award for excellence in Photoshop design.
He has been with Kiddie Kandids for the past 11 years and is currently the Vice President of Photography and Sales.
He and his wife, Kathryn, reside in Sandy, UT. They are parents of five terrific children and five wonderful grand children.

Ryan Cummings
Ryan Cummings Photography

Ryan has been actively engaged in photography for the past 14 years, shooting everything from weddings, family portraits, senior portraits, architecture and nature portraits. He attended Salt Lake Community College, graduating with high honors in photography. He also received a Bachelor of Arts degree in photography from the world renowned Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, California.
He also enjoys an adjunct teaching position at Salt Lake Community College where he shares his love of photography with his students. Ryan’s passion and love of the photographic art have allowed him to become a highly skilled and artistic photographer.

Celest Drake

Celeste Drake graduated from Weber State Univsersity with her degree in Elementary and Special Education and loved teaching her students at Bramercy Elementary for two years. She then "retired" from education at the age of twenty-five to be a full-time mom to her new son.
Now nine years and two more children later, family is still the greatest love in life. Celeste started photography to help capture these life moments and love being able to share this gift with others.

Adilfa was born in a small town in the plains of Venezuela. She was raised on a farm by her grandparents Hipolito and Maria. Her grandfather was well known throughout the community for his integrity and work ethic. He was respectfully know as Don Polo. When Adilfa chose the name for her business she could think of nothing else that would represent her ideals as well as her grandfathers name. Adilfa has been doing photography now for 13 years and prides herself on her precision and attention to detail. Her personality and enthusiasm would well describe who she is behind the camera as well as personally. Adilfa currently serves as President of the International Professional Photography Association and regularly teaches other photographers both locally and internationally.

Alan Gibby

As an art major with the experience of over 40 years in the photographic industry, Alan Gibby has earned over 300 awards in international, national, and local print competitions. He operates studios in Ogden and Riverdale, Utah and has expanded the Ogden facility to include the Gibby Fine Art Gallery.
He resides in Riverdale with his wife, Laurie. They have ten children.

I have been involved in photography since High Schoo but really began to love it after having my first baby. I took hundred of pictures of her and realized that it was something that I was passionate about. I have been building my photography business that last two years and have loved every minute of it.
I am looking forward to participating in the Heart Gallery. I am a High School Math Teacher and have benn blessed to get to know many kids that are in the foster care system, and am excited to help make a difference for one of them.

Robin Johnson
Robin Johnson has been interested in the creative world since she was young. She studied art growing up and graduated with a degree in Graphic Design. She was hired to start a publishing division for a company ten years ago. Her job included art directing the photography for all their books. She began to love the photography more than the design side of her job so she quit her job to start Robin Johnson Photography four years ago. She is a Certified Professional Photographer from PPA. She has been married to Andrew for 24 years and they have four great kids. She enjoys road biking, music and travel.


			Bruce & Tammy Jolley,Jolley Photography Jolley photography is owned and operated by a husband and wife team, Bruce and Tammy Jolley. Bruce and Tammy met in a cancer bereavement group after both losing a spouse to cancer. They had a mutual love of photography and decided life was too short to let dreams go unfulfilled. So, in 2003 they got married and opened Jolley photography. In just a few years they have won numerous awards locally, nationally, and over seas.


	Erin Langford Erin Langford’s love of photography began at a young age. She can always be found with a camera in her hand. Erin is an award winning photographer with more then eight years of experience in the photography industry. She started Erin Langford Photography in 2006. She mostly photographs weddings, families, and children. Before that she was a photographer for several newspapers in Utah and Idaho. She lives in Farmington with her husband, Dan.


			Valerie Lindsay Valerie Lindsay and her husband Marion own and operate GingerBread Photography Studio in Ogden.Valerie started her portrait business in 1998 after a 29-year career in health care. She studied photography and pre-press printing in Germany for a year before purchasing the Gingerbread House for a studio. Marion joined the business in 2000 and brought 15 years of large format printing expertise into the mix. Valerie's love of children shows with each child she photographs and she believes that doing something you love is not a job, but a way of life. Participating in the Heart Gallery Program was a privilege for Valerie and she plans to contribute again if asked.

Mackley Designer Portraiture

Steve J. Mackley is the proud husband to Cristal and father of three wonderful children. He is the owner of Mackley Designer Portraiture in Logan, Utah.
Steve was awarded the Master of Photography Degree in 1999 and soon receive his Photographic Craftsman degree, from the Professional Photographers of America.
Steve holds nine "Photographer of the Year" titles, eleven Kodak Gallery Awards, and seven Fuji Masterpiece Awards.
Steve has authored a book on Adobe Photoshop techniques, “Adventures In Photoshop” and nine DVD on the art of Photography and digital enhancements.

By experimenting with a digital camera, Lisa Nelson found out how much she enjoyed photography. By reading books and magazines as well as guidance from another photographer, Lisa has been able to include photography as one of the services her company offers. Lisa has photographed weddings, other special events, scenery, landscapes, and portraits. She enjoys taking macros and candid shots as well. Her love of photography grows each time she takes her camera out to see the world through it’s lens.


	Jessica Pilcher Mirror Images Photography Jessica Pilcher is the co-owner of Mirror Images Photography. She shares her passion for capturing priceless moments and breathtaking views with her husband, Wade. Both enjoy photography as a hobby and a business venture. While Wade enjoys photographing still life, landscapes, and wild life, Jessica's heart is in child and family photography along with senior portraiture. Wade and Jessica have three children and live in Weber County. It was such a joy working with the Heart Gallery and we look forward to offering our services to another deserving child in the future!

			Sheena Purser Memories by Sheena Photography I love the art of photography and the freedom to express myself through my work. It all started when I turned 12 and received my first camera! From there things just blossomed.... I have owned my business for seven years now. It has been a great journey and I have enjoyed meeting so many new people.


	Amber Schiavone Schiavone Photography Many people can take beautiful pictures. True photographers capture the essence of a moment and deliver it in photographs that evoke life. Laughter you can almost hear. Cake you can almost taste. A third generation photograher, Amber had a camera in her hand before she learned to ride a bike. This lifetime of experience coupled with an innate ability to make anyone feel at ease has proven invaluable to her photographic career. Her pictures ot only document an event but captrue true beauty of each person and situation This is simply a skill that cannot be taught.

			Michael Schoenfield Michael Schoenfield decided at an early age that the different drummer he couldn't get out of his head required him to do something no one in his family had attempted since his great uncle made a handsome living as a public muralist in 20th century Germany. A nationally recognized advertising photographer for more than 25 years, he has no intention of slowing any time soon. A native Utahn, Schoenfield’s family is the light of his life.


	Miyo Strong As Utah's youngest Master Photographer, Miyo Strong has made a name for herself in both the local and national photography scene. Shooting her first wedding at 19 Miyo has been with Busath Photography for over 13 years. She also volunteers much of her time to local and national charities. Miyo has been recognized for her NILMDTS infant bereavement photography as well as her work with children with special needs, Operation Smile and now the Utah Adoption Exchange. When not hard at work Miyo can be found chasing her darling 3 yr old around, MMA training or lost in a great novel.


			Ted York Ted York Photography An award winning photographer, Ted York has been making images since his early teens. He started Ted York Photography in the fall of 2005. By late 2006 he became one of only 17 photographers in the state of Utah to be certified by The Professional Photographer of America (PPA). He was awarded first place portraiture, man or woman, for 2006 by The Intermountain Professional Photographers of America (IPPA). Ted York photography specializes in child and family portraiture. We also photograph teens, and weddings as well as commercial work.
